Each item is made or prepared specifically for your order, so all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. We do not accept returns for an incorrect size selected at checkout, normal wash wear, minor color variation, or buyer’s remorse.

Orders are prepared in the order received. Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on order weight, and qualifying orders of $125 or more receive free standard shipping.
