Shipping Policy
Orders are processed and packaged 5-8 business days of the order date.
I strive to get out our orders ASAP, but shipping time depends on the current demand. I currently make to order, so in some cases orders may take up to 10 business days to be made and sent out. Thank you for understanding!
Products are shipped via USPS.
Exchange Policy
I do not accept exchanges on custom orders, since items are made as orders come in, custom to your size ordered. Please contact me if you have any questions. If you ordered an item that was not a custom I may be able to offer an exchange but you are in charge of shipping costs both ways. Please contact me at kaosculturekc@gmail.com to see if I am about to accept your exchange and get the return address for your package. All items must be new, used condition in order for your exchange to be accepted.
Refund Policy
At Kaos Culture I want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase! Depending on your purchase, I may be able to accept returns. If you ordered a custom design, your item is not eligible for a return.
